Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear-tape it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
